Birmingham artist Arthur Beard remembers his father on NBC 13

Arthur D. Beard was set to celebrate his 40th birthday Thursday, but everything changed when his father passed away only a day after Father’s Day. Fred Davenport helped Beard celebrate his father on NBC 13 in this special report.
